Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or tracking?
If for some reason you did not get an order confirmation e-mail or tracking e-mail from us within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam box. Feel free to reach out for our assistance and we will be happy to help you further

Can I add more items to the order that I just placed?
Contact our customer service team for further assistance if you would like to add more items within one delivery after you placed an order online. Please note maximum time to do
is within 3 hours.

Can I cancel an order online?
We fulfill orders quickly, once you placed and order and payment has been made and has been processed by our system, you cannot cancel an order.

SHIPPING

When will my order be sent out?
Once your order is submitted, items are picked and pack for shipping as quickly as possible. However, processing time is different depending on order placed: ready stock, custom or pre-order items. Items are sent out on weekdays not in weekend, holidays, or natural disaster.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide, local and international shipping.

How much will I be charged for shipping to my address?
Shipping cost is determined depending on where do you live. You can see shipping cost during check out. You can also select which delivery option is best for your needs. We ship our items from Surabaya, Indonesia.

How do I change delivery details on my recently placed order?
Please contact our customer service team within 1 hour when you want to change delivery details and info.

RETURN

What are your return online policy?

  • We stand by the quality of our products. At Revolt Industry, every item has gone through a strict quality checking before deliveries. But if you receive an item that has faulty, please contact us maximum 24 hours after products have been received. Please note that:
  • Items returned that showed signs of use, scratches, or other damage will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be shipped with original packaging.
  • Revolt Industry will handle the shipping of the new item delivered to you if indeed the item returned is faulty
  • Revolt Industry will not return or exchange product in cash.

How do I return a product?

What types of payment do you accept?
For local and international customers, we accept payment via bank transfer, virtual account, and credit card.

WARRANTY

Do you have a warranty policy?
On every purchase from Revolt Industry, you will receive a warranty card. Revolt Industry carry a life time warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. Revolt Industry covers a life time warranty for hardware damage and broken hand-stitch.

Proof of purchase from Revolt Industry is required. Proof of purchase is also needed If you have purchased our products from our retail partners. How do I claim warranty?
Send us a detailed photo of your leather goods together with detailed information / story of the damage via e-mail to info@revoltindustry.com or chat through our customer service team.

Will the actual product vary from what I see on your website?
Our product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer / phone monitor may result in color variation between the actual product and your monitor. Please be advised that in some cases variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to nature of full-grain leather.

CARE INSTRUCTION

Leather is a natural material that should be kept well. Throughout the life of your product, you may notice a softening of the silhouette. As the leather ages, your product will have a naturally occurring patina. Patina will happen depending on how often you use your item, as it will show on the color change. This evolution comes along with the presence of natural marks such as wrinkles and veins. This is a unique proof that your product is authentic that leaves a lasting memory.How your leather ages are entirely dependent on how it’s treated. But when you look after it with care, its aspect will get better with age.

  1. Avoid storing your product in damp, humid area. Storing your leather in these areas may trigger fungus. Store your product away from sunlight or near sources of heat as it has a drying effect and color fade of the material.
  2. When not in use, store your product in pouch provided at purchase in a ventilated area.
  3. To preserve the shape of your product, it should not be over packed.
  4. Keep away from elements such as oils, make up, perfumes, creams, or sanitizers since they can leave a permanently visible stain and color transfer.
  5. For surface stains, immediately gently clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not rub the leather with wet cloth. Let cool, do not expose to sunlight for drying.
  6. For a proper maintenance, apply leather balm to preserve moisture and to avoid leather crack. Please choose the right balm depending on your product’s leather type.
GOOD WARRANTY

Revolt Industry takes great pride and care on all of our products. It was designed in the highest standards of quality and expertise.

Revolt Industry provides a life time warranty for its products. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate has been completed by the dealer upon purchase. The warranty certificate must include the name or model number, the place, date of purchase, and an authorized stamp.

The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect.

The warranty covers:

  • Sew on a broken stitch
  • Broken zippers
  • General hardware malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or faults caused by an accident, inappropriate use or negligence
  • Damage caused by normal wear on the leather resulting in scars and permanent markings
  • Normal wear and aging of natural material

Product failure cause by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange. If you accidentally damage the leather of your piece, Revolt Industry will help you to revitalize it. Please note that this service is not free of charge.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Revolt Industry is not responsible for missing packages during shipping process.
